4. Delivery
We ship to addresses within Israel and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

5. Right of Cancellation
Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

6. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns may be deducted unless the item is defective.
